CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 07/13/2026This contract applies to the writer further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay half the due amount upfront for any orders of value higher or equal to 45 USD including in equivalent currency amounts and the rest after the product has been completed.
2. On orders above 45 USD customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid upon completion of the commissioned work, but not delivery.PRODUCT DELIVERY
3. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer after the final payment has been received by the Seller in either an EPUB or PDF format, or both.
4. Any other method of delivery, including AO3 posting, must be mutually agreed upon by both Customer and Seller. The Customer must also state whether or not they'd like their commissioned work posted on a SFW or NSFW AO3 account.REVISIONS
5. Customer has the right to revisions during the initial outlining portion of the commission to fix major changes such as tropes present, characters' autonomy, and setting. After that, the drafting phase begins.
6. The Customer has the right to minor revisions after the drafting phase is completed, such as major fixes during a section of the commissioned work no larger than 1k, or minor fixes such as changing an honorific of a character until a certain point, or adjusting a scene minorly (<1k in length).
6.5. Any further fixes after the drafting phase is completed, such as major fixes more than 1k in length or multiple sections totaling up to more than 1k in length, will add an additional 5% to the total cost of the commissioned work necessary prior to delivery.
7. Any further revisions after completion of the commissioned work will also incur a 5% additional fee added to the payment.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
8. Customer agrees to pay the equivalent cost of Purchase Amount in their currency, double-checked by the Seller and any friends of the Seller who lives in the Customer's country. The Customer is only expected to pay what the equivalent of their country's currency is, regardless of current conversion rates to USD.
9. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.REFUND POLICY
10. The Seller maintains the right to refund the Customer at full Purchase Amount if the work is unable to be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, after agreement with the Customer.
11. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
12. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
13. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, publishing it, or using it as your own is strictly forbidden. Any commercialization or monetization of the Product after delivery will get you blacklisted by the Seller and you will not be able to purchase from the Seller again.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.Customer may not post the work as their own on AO3 or any other website that hosts writing or fanfiction. The Customer may not post the work as their own even with credit back to the Seller.CANCELLATIONS
14. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
15. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have the full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
